We take our responsibility to keep you informed seriously. We will
keep you aprised of all marketing that is being done for the property,
and the response we are getting from our marketing. Once you enter
into a sales contract, we will keep you informed about everything
the other party is doing, all the way through settlement.

You Hold Open Houses To Give Both Buyers And Agents An Easy Opportunity
To Visit My Open House?
Yes!
In spite of what same agents may tell you, open houses do work. Many
listings are sold through open houses, both in cases where the buyer
comes in and writes the offer with the listing or open house agent,
and in cases where the open house enables another agent to show the
property, and results in a sale.
Will
You Use An ELECTRONIC Keybox?
Yes!
Any time we put a keybox on the house (which we do in most cases),
we will use an electronic keybox. Combination keyboxes are not safe
enough for the seller. If the combination is compromised, ANYBODY
could get into the house at ANY time without permission. If an agent
uses the same combination, many of their listings may be put at risk.
